It woulda been nice if it at least reduced training times. The fact that they did nothing to Psi-Ops is my biggest disappointment of WotC.

There's no rank requirement these soldiers don't have, they are not at the apparent highest level of Combat Intelligence either One of the Covert Actions available in XCOM 2 WotC allows to to improve a soldier's Combat Intelligence, however there is no indication of why a bunch of my soldiers are not eligible for the action. I have found a solution as well as a few fixes for console commands that don't work, such as leveling up a specific soldier Change Combat Intelligence Console Command I see a lot of posts asking how to change a soldier's combat intelligence for role playing purposes, but not a single solution. 50 Comments AdamGoodtime 5:59pm Good mod. WotC: Increase Combat Intelligence for everyone This mod allows resistance heroes on these, so you don't have to burn your Skirmisher when he doesn't have good combat intelligence. XCOM 2> Workshop > robojumper's Workshop. The chances are as follows: Standard - 50% chances (1 in 2) Above Average - 25% chances (1 in 4) Gifted - 15% chances (1 in 6) What rank do they get depends solely on luck. Each of these is awarded upon the soldier's recruitment / acquisition. Regardless, the Combat Intelligence still allows them to get more AP.
